The  first package is excellent if you are needing design consultation and/or advanced design and animation. Interactive and animation/video presentations will also fall under this package. With this package you will receive advice about how to best present the information in way that will captivate your customers or audience.

The second package is an excellent choice if you have multiple presentations that need redesigning. You will send your slides to us that you want redesigned. It is a subscription service that is paid monthly.

The third package is for pitch decks only. The main difference between this package and package 1 is this package only includes  up to 20 sides. If you need more than 20 slides select package 1 to receive a custom quote. If you are a startup needing a pitch deck for an investor meeting this is the perfect option for you. We follow a pitch deck creation process proven to get results .  We help with creating your content in order to communicate your message effectively.

First and foremost, it is about effectively communicating one or more of a client’s strategic message, which it is our business to craft. We use this approach to ensure you reach your goals and receive a return on your investment.

2. Request a Meeting-We will do a free 30 minute consultation to learn more about your project needs to formulate a quote.
3. Receive a Custom Plan-Sign the presentation design agreement and pay half the quoted price.
4. Design Your Presentation-We will design an awesome presentation for you.

Presentation Design Only

Allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) to receive the first draft for every 25 slides that you request.

If you request multiple revisions, this will extend the time you receive your finalized presentation.

Example:

You want 50 slides designed allow 10 business days.

Presentation Design and Content Creation

Once we receive all the content you want included in your presentation, allow 5 business days for every 25 slides that are needing content created. For the design of the slides allow 5 business day for every 25 slides.

If you request multiple revisions, this will extend the time you receive your finalized presentation.

Example:

You want content and design for 50 slides. Allow 10 business days for the content creation. Allow 10 business days for the presentation design. The total is 20 business days.

Your information will be saved on a secured drive using XTS-AES 256-bit Encryption. It will never be shared.

Based on your preference we will create slides in either PowerPoint or Google Slides.

You will only pay 50% of the total cost upfront. Once your presentation design is completed with all revisions, you will pay the final 50% to receive the finalized presentation file. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

Financing allows you to buy now and pay later. You will be able to pay for services through affordable monthly payments.

It is for the design for one presentation that is not a pitch deck.

Varies. Typically it is unlimited revisions allowed within a specified time frame.

During the design consultation, we will discuss your goals. Then we will discuss the needs of your audience and what will best resonate with them. We will help with formatting the text such as what text should be on which slide. However, we will do a courtesy spelling and grammar check.

The purpose for the free 30 minute consultation is to get an understanding of your project in order to formulate a quote. Questions asked during consultation:

1. What are your objectives? (ex. get an investment, sell a product, inspire action, etc.)
2. How long (ex. 30 min, 60 min) is your presentation?
3. What is the estimate number of slides you will need?
4. What is the deadline?
5. Who will be listening to your presentation? (ex. investors, coworkers, business partners, etc.)
6. How would the presentation be presented? (online, projector, computer, recorded presentation, multiple presenters, online course, etc.)
7. What sort of material will you be supplying?

•            Draft presentation deck, with photographs
•            Draft presentation, text only
•            Draft outline
•            Draft storyboard on paper
•            Excel data 
•            Only an idea of the message you want to communicate
