Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

We’ve created these Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth collaboration by making our affiliate partnership clear and transparent from the beginning.

Please read this agreement carefully. By joining the Slide Navigator Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. You also warrant that you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement.

Important notice: We currently accept applications only from registered businesses or independent contractors who can issue a monthly invoice for services rendered as affiliates.

1. Registration

Your application to become a Slide Navigator affiliate is subject to a manual review, which may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email with our decision.

Acceptance into the program means you agree to receive occasional email communications from Slide Navigator regarding updates to this agreement, program news, and other important affiliate-related information.

You must provide accurate information about yourself, your business, and the platforms or websites where you plan to promote Slide Navigator.

Applications may be rejected for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Promotion or display of violence, discrimination, sexually explicit content, copyright/trademark infringement, scams, or any illegal activity
  • Including “Slide Navigator” or variations/misspellings in your domain name
  • Replicating or imitating our website design in a way that misleads users
  • Reselling our products
  • Misalignment with our brand or values

We reserve the right to refuse any application at our sole discretion without stating a reason.

2. Commissions and Payouts

Affiliates earn a 25% commission on each sale of Slide Navigator digital products (such as presentation templates and other downloadable content) made through their unique referral link.

Key commission rules:

  • Commissions apply only to initial purchases, not future transactions by the same customer (unless through a new referral).
  • Cookie duration is 30 days. You’ll receive commission only if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link.
  • First click attribution: The commission is awarded to the first affiliate link the customer clicked within the 30-day window.

Example: If a customer clicks on your affiliate link, then later clicks on another affiliate’s, but ultimately makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive the commission.

We operate with a 30-day refund policy, so we only pay out commissions that are older than 30 days and not refunded.

  • Minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.
  • Payments are made between the 15th and last day of each month, provided an invoice is submitted between the 1st and 14th.
  • Payments are made in USD, directly to your provided bank account.

Example: If on March 31 you have $250 in unpaid approved commissions, email us an invoice between April 1–14, and we’ll process payment between April 15–30.

You may choose to wait up to 3 months before invoicing if you want to accumulate a higher amount.

Affiliates are fully responsible for complying with all local tax laws and reporting income as required in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change commission rates at any time, with 30-day written notice via email.

You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase Slide Navigator products.

3. Promotion Permissions & Restrictions

Permitted Promotional Methods:

  • Directly sharing your affiliate link with friends or potential customers
  • Creating blog posts or reviews linking to Slide Navigator using your affiliate link
  • Writing topical articles (e.g., productivity, presentation design) linking to Slide Navigator
  • Sharing your link via social media (complying with that platform’s rules)
  • Including your affiliate link in email newsletters to your own subscribers (only with unsubscribe options)
  • Mentioning Slide Navigator or your affiliate code on podcasts

Prohibited Methods:

Engaging in any of the following will result in account termination:

  • Spamming on any platform (email, forums, DMs, groups, etc.)
  • Misrepresenting Slide Navigator, including false claims, fake reviews, pretending to be part of our team
  • Using paid advertising that links directly to your affiliate link
  • Promoting links or discounts on coupon websites

This is not a complete list. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that doesn’t align with our brand values.

If you’re unsure whether a promotional method is acceptable, please contact us before proceeding.

4. Account Termination

You or we can terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, via written notice (email).

We also reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately and without notice if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.

Any commissions pending or unpaid due to violations may be withheld.
